UI/UX Design Trainer – Figma & Adobe XD

We are presently in search of a Part-Time instructor for our in-person UI/UX Adobe XD and Figma Design course. The course is structured into 3 sessions/days, typically scheduled from Friday through Sunday, with class hours running from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. To ensure minimal disruption to regular office hours, these classes are conducted once a month.

Key Functions

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for Adobe XD and Figma, covering various aspects of UI/UX design, including design principles, user research, prototyping, and interaction design.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through an in-person platform.
  • Create and update training resources, including materials, presentations, modules, design illustrations, and other assets, to ensure they remain current with the latest trends and progressions in UI/UX design. These resources are designed to facilitate the learning journey.
  • Must have the ability to teach UI/UX design in a way that ensures students comprehend and can readily adhere to the concepts.
  • Guide participants through practical design and prototyping exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios to enhance their hands-on skills.
  • Monitor and assess participants’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and address questions and challenges effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate this knowledge into the training curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts / Graphic Design / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in UI/UX design with substantial experience in Adobe XD and Figma.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Filipino and English.
  • Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in the UI/UX field is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects.
  • Familiarity with other design and prototyping tools is a plus.
  • Passion for staying current with design trends and a commitment to continuous learning.

Compensation Package

  • Php 2,500 per session
