This is for a Part-Time training position for our React.js training. Each module runs for 3 sessions/day from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm. The course is always scheduled near weekends (Friday – Sunday) and is only offered once a month.
Key Functions
- In-depth knowledge of ReactJS: You should have a strong understanding of ReactJS concepts such as components, JSX, state management, routing, and more. You should be familiar with the latest trends and developments in the ReactJS ecosystem.
- Teaching experience is an advantage. You should have experience in training or teaching. It is essential to have the ability to explain complex concepts in simple and understandable terms, adapting to different learning styles, and breaking down complex topics into easily understandable modules.
- Communication skills: should possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey the technical concepts effectively.
- Curriculum development: You should be able to create a comprehensive curriculum for students that cover all the necessary topics of ReactJS from beginner to advanced level.
- Industry experience: It is essential to have real-world experience in ReactJS application development, to provide practical examples and case studies.
- Problem-solving skills: You should be capable of identifying and solving problems students might face during their learning process.
- Continuous learning: You should have a willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ReactJS ecosystem.
- Patience and empathy: You should be patient and empathetic towards the students to provide guidance and support to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Collaboration and teamwork: You should be comfortable working collaboratively with other trainers or team members to create effective training strategies and curriculums.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience working as a back-end or front-end web developer using ReactJS
Compensation Package
- Php 2,500 – 3,000 per session depending on qualifications (Tax-Free)
