This is for a Part-Time training position for our weekend ITIL Foundation 4 Classes. Our center offers modules for ITIL Foundation 4. Each module runs for 2 sessions/days from 9:00am – 7:00pm and are offered on weekend schedules (Saturday – Sunday) only.
Key Functions
- Design, develop, and deliver ITIL training programs tailored to the needs of the audience (foundation, intermediate, or expert levels).
- Conduct classroom, virtual, or hybrid training sessions with a focus on ITIL principles, processes, and best practices.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and practice exams.
- Assess training needs and customize content to align with organizational goals and learner requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to participants to ensure understanding and application of ITIL concepts.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest ITIL versions, trends, and industry developments to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps and recommend improvements in IT service management practices.
Qualifications
- ITIL Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an ITIL Trainer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT service management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (v3/v4) and their practical application in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting assessments.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Preferred: Experience in IT service management roles (e.g., IT Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management).
Compensation Package
- Php 3,000 per session depending on qualifications (Tax Free)
