We are presently in search of a Part-Time instructor for our in-person Microsoft Windows Server Courses. The courses are structured into 2 days per module, typically scheduled from Saturday to Sunday, with class hours running from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. To ensure minimal disruption to regular office hours, these classes are conducted once a month.
Key Functions
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Proficiency in server installation, configuration, administration and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and network services.
- Familiarity with Hyper-V or other virtualization technologies used with Windows Server.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and management tasks.
- Understanding of server security practices and the ability to educate trainees on server security measures and techniques.
- Can effectively deliver training on Microsoft Windows Server to both beginner and advanced audiences.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Filipino/English), with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Should be hardworking and independent.
- Should have a passion for teaching!
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience working as network engineer or any related position
- Teaching experience is a plus
- Must be a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Other certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MCP certification can be an advantage
Compensation Package
- Php 3,000 – 3,500 per session depending on qualifications (Tax Free)
