We are presently seeking a Part-Time instructor to lead our Google Ads course. The instructional program consists of two (2) sessions/days, usually scheduled from Saturday to Sunday, running from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Classes are conducted once a month to prevent any scheduling conflicts with regular office hours.
Key Functions
- Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for Google Ads training programs, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Lead instructional sessions for various aspects of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of participants, adapting content and delivery methods as necessary.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees, offering guidance and feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising, incorporating new insights into training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance assessments, and other metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Google Ads, contributing to content development, webinars, and other educational resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Google Ads (such as Google Ads Certified Professional) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across various industries and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization strategies, targeting options, and performance tracking.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or public speaker is an advantage.
Compensation Package
- Php 2,500 – 3,000 per session depending on qualifications (Tax Free)
